News at 7 months!
I really need to make more effort to write more often, but time is precious these days! Any way, Muz Bun is heading on 7 and half months and is just at such a cute stage. Sitting so nicely, chatting, laughing and being pretty cute most of the time. Still eating alike a champ and we are now onto eggs, leeks, spinach and a few other new things. I have just made a batch of chicken stew for him which I will try tonight for the first time. I have been putting off giving him meat for a while, but apparently the iron in meat is very important for growing babies, so alas, I give in! Not looking forward to those nappies!
Murray has just recovered from being sick for the first time. He had a really high temperature for about 3 days and then broke out into a rash! Baby measles! Poor little monkey was not happy for almost a whole week! He had to be held all night in our bed otherwise he wouldn't sleep! He also didn't eat very much for a few days... but is now much better. I would love to know where he caught that from. Baby measles is different to normal measles, its not dangerous to the baby or anyone else (including pregnant girls), its just the temperature that is the worst part.

Other than that, I am going to Lol's Hens in a few weeks time and leaving Murray in Cape Town with Shane for 2 nights. Don't know who I am more worried about, myself for missing my baby too much or for Shane having to look after Murray for 2 nights alone! But it is better that I don't have to drag Murray across the country for 2 nights. Its so unsettling for him and then I can also focus on my sister and have a jol and a break for the first time in by then 8 months!
Oh and another thing to report on is that Murray has moved into a "big boy" car seat where he now faces forward! He seems much happier now that he can see out! So cute! My baby is growing up!

Till next time....

Muz keeping cool with a high temperate. It was also about 38C on that day!
